Allen C. Berg is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of income, estate and financial planning. He was the founder of Berg, DeMarco, Lewis, Sawatski & Co., a 65 person accounting firm which was sold to H&R Block in 1999. Allen received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. William E. Richards is a Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of trust, estate and financial planning experience at Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago, LaSalle National Bank of Chicago, American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago and Bank One N.A. where he specialized in coordinating and managing the delivery of a broad range of financial services to many of the banks’ most important clients. Ryan D. Liss is a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of tax, financial planning and accounting experience at Friedman & Huey Associates LLP and Family Office Exchange. His experience includes the entire range of individual, fiduciary, and business income tax returns, with special emphasis on individuals and pass-through entities. Ryan’s previous experience in the multi-family office arena included family office services such as tax planning and preparation, cash flow management, creditor protection analysis, financial statement compilation, and coordination of charitable giving projects and family member education. Ryan received both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting, Tax Specialty from the University of Texas at Austin.
